Your contribution will be

• Developing digital performance marketing campaigns to attract new supporters and donors
• Writing captivating newsletter stories based on factual information
• Creating ads for Google and social media campaigns to gain new supporters, including preferably creating your own visuals
• Designing and implementing marketing automations and convincing supporter journeys
• Keeping up to date on latest social media trends

Your profile ideally illustrates

• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing: Meta and Google Ads are familiar channels for generating growth
• Experience in email marketing and creating optimal newsletters with A/B tests
• Skills in measuring and analysing the performance of your campaigns
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools to develop supporter journeys
• Demonstrated skills in measuring and analysing the performance of digital campaigns
• Fluent German and proficient English essential, French a distinct advantage
• You enjoy working a part of a team and are able to implement projects independently
• You are proactive, flexible and ‘always find a solution’
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
