Your contribution will be

  • Maintaining active communication with the local partners, volunteers, and activists
  • Researching, collecting information and reporting on the local specifics’ prior missions
  • Coordinating and organising meetings on-site during missions as well as keeping, matching, and allocating minutes
  • Collecting and delivering in time of all visual materials during missions
  • Ensuring payments and invoice collection during missions as well as timely delivering of all financial documents to the Finance Officer
  • Drafting daily activity reports during missions
  • Participating in missions on-site
  • Collecting information as well as visual materials and preparing regular updates on the rescued animals


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Relevant professional experience in the same or similar positions
  • Excellent English skills, German as an advantage
  • Good research skills as well as proficiency in basic IT functions
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
