Your contribution will be:

  • Concepting, setting up and managing of the Operations Unit with strong focus on Safety and Security, Risk Management, Governance and International Expansion as well as on planning process implementation
  • Overseeing the daily operations of FOUR PAWS and submission of reports to support the decision-making process
  • Reviewing and proactively developing the operational policy environment of the Enabling Units, modifying or drafting new policies to fill gaps as they are identified and proactively developing and improving the operational policies and practices in close cooperation with Quality Management
  • Contributing in assessing the Governance systems, mechanisms and processes within the international set up and supporting in constant improvement
  • Being responsible for Health and Environment as well as Safety and Security management and monitoring at global level as part of the teams scope
  • Monitoring and reviewing organisational project activities and ensuring its completion within scheduled time and budget
  • Supporting regulatory compliance in areas including data protection (GDPR), environment, health and safety, etc. and maintain awareness of changes in legislation


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of relevant experience in the area of safety, security, governance and risk management in an international environment
  • Excellent English, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with international colleagues and to adapt to various situations
  • Proactive and independent working style
  • Drive for results and effective resource management
  • Interest on researching, benchmarking and development of new concepts

  • If employed in Austria, a gross salary of minimum EUR 49.000,- per year, negotiable depending on higher than required qualifications, skills and professional experience relevant for the position (40h)
