Human Resources & Administration Manager (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be:

  • Monitoring all HR related topics regarding recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, as well as onboarding of new staff
  • Ensuring that employment contracts, work permits, visas, and insurance are in compliance with Vietnam laws and in accordance with FOUR PAWS guidelines
  • Managing day-to-day office operations; overseeing and coordinating overall office activities and providing administrative support in all areas
  • Managing timesheets, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing
  • Researching electronic time management programs for tracking employees’ daily work, annual leave, sick leave, business travel, as well as overtime, etc.
  • Overseeing the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews as well as ensuring employee job satisfaction


Your profile ideally illustrates:

  • Holding relevant bachelor or master’s degree in human resources, administration, or management
  • Several years’ experience in human resources
  • Very good English and Vietnamese skills, both written and spoken
  • High level of responsibility and personal drive
  • Dedication and passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS values and issues
