Your contribution will be

  • Being responsible for the staff administration of Austrian employments throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Advising on employment law related topics and requests
  • Working closely with the global HR Centres of Expertise to ensure that global policies and processes are successfully adjusted to Austrian requirements (legally and culturally), taking care of the local customisation of templates, tools or forms
  • Maintaining all systems and tools up to date and being able to provide accurate data and reports at any time when requested
  • Researching and staying up to date with local trends, benchmarks and any legal regulations related to employment

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Proven work experience in the field of HR administration
  • Solid Austrian labour law knowledge
  • Austrian payroll knowledge is an advantage
  • German and English skills on a professional working level
  • Very good communication skills with adaptability to cultural differences
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with others
  • Passion for people, culture, and a modern customer-orientated HR organisation
  • Ethical, highest level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
