Your contribution will be

  • Perform general ledger accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements
  • Maintain systematic, accurate, and timely processing of all accounts payable including, but not limited to, vendor invoicing, vendor payment, pre-payment requests, W-9 information and vendor files
  • Identify and investigate any issues with vendor invoices and obtains mutual resolution of discrepancies
  • Oversee employee benefit plans including health insurance and retirement funds
  • Prepare and manage weekly payment run
  • Prepare biweekly payroll and processes the payroll journal entries into Twinfield accounting system
  • Act as point person for managing IT inventory and schedules IT support as necessary
  • Support with preparation of month-end close and annual financial audit
  • Responsible for credit card processing and employee expense reimbursement processing and payment
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial files
  • Handle stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as directed


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Associate’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, accounting, payable and receivable principles
  • Experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience with accounting software programs
  • Strong PC Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to create and maintain systems that enhance organizational efficiency
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely fashion and to work autonomously
  • Strong team working skills, ability to use initiative and be a problem solver
  • Willingness to potentially travel internationally once a year
  • Personal passion to contribute to a highly committed team seeking to make a real difference
