Operations coordinator (m/f/d)

You would like to contribute to something meaningful and work with us along our mission? This is your chance. We are looking for a dedicated person to enrich our Operations unit to start at the beginning of the 2023.

Your contribution will be

  • Coordinating and overseeing cross-departmental and/or organisation-wide projects
  • Planning, monitoring and optimising operational processes and workflows at FOUR PAWS
  • Identifying and assessing potential risks for the organisation
  • Defining and supporting implementation of risk mitigation measures within the organisation
  • Dealing with issues through the early identification and resolution of critical topics that threaten to compromise FOUR PAWS’ ability to operate
  • Coordinating with other departments or consulting with experts to develop solutions to complex problems
  • Participating in the creation and implementation of Operations unit’s trainings


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
  • University degree, preferably in economics, business administration, or related fields or business school with focus on operations management, project management or similar.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and German
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with problem solving ability
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
