Planning and Reporting Analysis Specialist (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be 

  • Managing and analysing organisational planning and reporting data using the appropriate tools and techniques
  • Overseeing the execution of organisational planning and reporting
  • Monitoring deadlines for submission of plans and reports and checking the content for completeness and correctness
  • Collaborating with other units and departments for the purpose of data consolidation and assessment
  • Creating reports based on analysis of consolidated internal and external data, outlining challenges, figuring out opportunities and solutions for informed strategic decisions
  • Providing support for identifying the most suitable dashboard solutions, or other tools


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
  • University degree, preferably in business informatics, business analytics, business intelligence, economics, international relations, business administration, management, or related fields
  • Fluency in English (level C1/C2)
  • Excellent Office 365 skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of data analysis software, e.g. Tableau or Power BI, is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to break down complex data reports in an understandable manner
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
