Process & Performance Officer

Your contribution will be

  • Following and implementing FOUR PAWS management standards, methodologies, and guidelines within the organisation
  • Ensuring that all reporting requirements and team objectives are fulfilled
  • Supporting the Quality Management Team in multiple Process Improvement Projects across the organisation
  • Leading small-scale process improvement projects by acting as the point of contact between Quality Management and process owners with a focus on documenting minor improvements
  • Preparing the contents, organising, participating and/or conducting projects meetings
  • Developing, designing, and managing standard and official documents, following FOUR PAWS guidelines
  • Supporting the definition and measure of key performance indicators
  • Working with databases to create reports and dashboards to monitor and manage results and impact
  • Supporting the development of trainings materials


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Proven work experience in similar positions, preferably within an international organisation
  • University degree, preferably in IT, Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management
  • Excellent English skills
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities
  • Fast-learning, goal-oriented personallity
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

  • If employed in Austria: A minimum gross salary of EUR 35,000 per year (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments), negotiable depending on higher than required qualifications, skills and professional experience relevant for the position
