Your contribution will be

  • Developing and supporting the Director of the European Policy Office in supervising the implementation of impactful tactics for identifying and engaging FOUR PAWS Country Offices on specific lobby campaigns with their national governments and political representatives at national, EU and international level
  • Supporting the Director of the European Policy Office in building up, maintaining and coordinating colleagues in lobby campaigns in order to keep attention high, to strengthen the dedication
  • Identifying and developing a network of potential lobbyists in FOUR PAWS’ Country Offices and provide day to day guidance on project implementation with the Director
  • Identifying and developing National, EU and International lobby opportunities and developing related lobby content and tactics for a coherent joint approach
  • Leading and organising meetings, workshops, and trainings nationally and internationally with regards to content, technical, logistic and administrative organisation
  • Supporting International, EU and National stakeholders’ mapping
  • Advising the Director of the European Policy Office to substitute for colleagues in meeting National governments and political representatives, if/where needed


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Proven experience in successfully carrying out projects involving different stakeholders at national, EU and international level
  • Good knowledge of EU policy-making process
  • Very good English Skills, other (EU) languages are a plus
  • High social competence in a multicultural environment as well as cross-departmental team spirit and networking skills
  • Strong team player as well as good ability to work independently
  • University degree in political science, law, EU project management or similar studies
  • Good knowledge of MS Package
  • Team management skills and ability to coach junior colleagues
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
