Your contribution will be

  • Developing and implementing communication plans to increase public awareness of FOUR PAWS, its campaigns and projects
  • Developing and executing integrated communication campaigns and activities (incl. print productions, online campaigns, and radio and TV adverts) to mobilise audiences
  • Adapting international campaigns to national needs
  • Building and nurturing relationships with press and media and executing media-buying
  • Copywriting and content creation for all offline channels (donor magazine, annual report)
  • Supporting the national fundraising and the national programmes
  • Interfacing with the FOUR PAWS communication teams
  • Participating in the strategic development and positioning of the organisation in The Netherlands


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Professional experience in the field of communications or marketing, ideally within a (international) non-profit organisation
  • Broad experience with press, media and free publicity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
  • Great affinity for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ values
