Supporter Relations Coordinator (m/f/d) 

Full-time | 38 hours per week | Sydney, Australia

Your contribution will be 

  • Developing and maintaining excellent supporter relations by giving a high level of customer service, utilising developed listening skills, attention to detail and empathy
  • Acting as the ‘first port of call’ for all supporter enquiries
  • Inspiring supporters to retain or upgrade their financial support to FOUR PAWS, using a range of telemarketing techniques
  • Dealing with supporter requests promptly and efficiently ensuring a positive outcome
  • Answering in-bound communications from potential supporters in a positive manner and in accordance with agreed standards
  • Delivering outbound phone, email and mail communications in a warm, polite manner and identify ways supporters can maximise their relationship with FOUR PAWS
  • Supporting the Communications Team with social media community management and moderation

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Excellent working knowledge of, and commitment to delivering quality supporter/customer service
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer relationship management systems, and adaptability to work across different systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including complaint handling and ability to convey and articulate complex organisational knowledge both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and self-manage, and also as part of a team
  • Experience in telephone programmes/campaigns, including taking and performing inbound/outbound calls
  • Experience using customer relationship databases, preferably with Salesforce experience specifically, and a high-level accuracy in data entry and data verification
  • Quality supporter and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated high level skills in wide range of software; e.g. Word and Excel
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
