Report Cruelty and Help End the Dog and Cat Meat Trade

Use our form to report incidents of the dog and cat meat trade

The dog and cat meat trade is inherently cruel and affects an estimated 10 million dogs and several million cats in Southeast Asia each year. From capture to slaughter, these animals endure extreme suffering and fear, often subjected to brutal killing methods.

Have you witnessed the following dog and cat meat trade-related activities in Cambodia or Vietnam?

  • Pet thefts
  • Dogs and/or cats being transported in cages (e.g., on trucks, buses, or motorbikes)
  • Dog and/or cat meat markets or restaurants
  • Poison baits (e.g., meat wrapped in string, sometimes containing poison or nails)
  • Holding areas where multiple dogs and/or cats are kept in cages
