Your contribution will be

• Assisting and supporting Director and Deputy Director with daily business including   organisational, operational and administrative topics
• Contributing to the planning and execution of projects connected to the leadership team
• Planning and preparing appointments, meetings and workshops as well as keeping, summarizing and circulating minutes
• Coordinating and assisting in the preparation of management reports and presentations
• Organising and booking travel arrangements – flights, trains, hotel accommodations
• Monitoring and supporting with financial-related matters including expenses, reporting, budgeting and insurance
• Handling and coordination of internal invoices and contracts in coordination with Directors
• Organising events and coordinating with the local management team
• Corresponding with colleagues as well as external stakeholders on an international level

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to multi-task, structure, organise and prioritise work based on business requirements
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent Project Management, Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Hands-on mentality and a positive mindset
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’s vision and mission
