Finance Senior Administrator (m/f/d) (Part-Time, Fixed-Term)

Your contribution will be
- Providing administrative, operational, and organisational support to the Finance and IT Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, budget tracking, expense reporting, and ad-hoc support activities
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and cross-departmental collaboration activities while preparing presentations, reports, summaries, and other supporting materials
- Supporting project coordination activities by tracking timelines, monitoring progress and budgets, maintaining documentation, and following up on action items
- Supporting Finance and IT operations through coordination of processes, documentation, and operational activities across Procurement, Controlling, Accounting, and Payments
- Ensuring adherence to organisational policies and procedures while supporting onboarding activities, maintaining departmental documentation, and coordinating with external vendors and suppliers
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Professional experience in administration, project coordination, finance operations, or a similar support role, combined with strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with finance or project management tools considered an advantage
- Professional proficiency in English required; German language skills considered an advantage
- Passion for animal welfare and identification with FOUR PAWS’ vision and mission
