Individual Giving Fundraiser (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time | 80% - 100% | Zürich, Switzerland

Your contribution

  • Coordinating and managing direct marketing content creation, including the production and delivery of direct mail, telemarketing and DRTV activities in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Preparing reports and analyses of fundraising campaign results and identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Contributing to innovation and testing of new fundraising approaches, formats and tools to strengthen donor acquisition, retention and reactivation.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of fundraising products and supporter retention measures by providing conceptual input and learnings drawn from campaigns.
  • Ensuring efficient operational workflows, including quality assurance and time management.

Your ideal profile

  • Educational background in marketing and relevant professional experience in fundraising and/or marketing fields.
  • Strong analytical skills as well as an independent, detail and goal-oriented working style.
  • Excellent written and oral German and good English skills are required. A minimum of B1 French competency is highly desired.
  • Good team player with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
  • Strong affinity for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ vision and mission.
