Programmes Coordinator (m/f/d)

This is an opportunity to take on a leadership position at the intersection of governance, operational execution and global impact. We are looking for a dedicated person to enrich our team in the position of Legal, Operations, Compliance and Implementation Director, as the current role holder is transitioning into a new role within the organisation.  

Your contribution will be  

  • Delivering agreed programme and campaign actions under the direction of the Programmes Lead 
  • Undertaking research and drafting clear materials to support advocacy and campaigns 
  • Coordinating tasks, timelines, and meetings to support on-time campaign delivery 
  • Liaising across teams to support integrated programme delivery 
  • Maintaining records and contributing to routine reporting 
  • Demonstrating FOUR PAWS values through professional, collaborative work practices 

Your profile ideally illustrates 

  • Previous experience supporting programmes, projects, or campaigns in a purpose‑driven organisation and/or formal qualifications in a related discipline 
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct desktop research and translate information into clear, concise written materials 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under direction, prioritise workload, and meet agreed deadlines 
  • Experience coordinating meetings, timelines, and actions across internal teams or stakeholders 
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills  
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ vision and mission
