Your contribution will be
- Coordinating project activities using established templates, ensuring timelines and deliverables are clearly defined
- Delivering projects end-to-end by applying project management frameworks and standards for executing projects under direction and adjusting with support when needed
- Monitoring time and budget on small-scale projects, and coordinating resource needs within approved limits to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery
- Identifying risks, dependencies and issues early, escalating appropriately, and seeking guidance to shape well-rounded solutions
- Matrix-managing small core teams by encouraging collaboration and building accountability within clearly structured roles
- Managing stakeholder relationships by maintaining clear, regular communication
- Reporting on project progress and outcomes by updating trackers, monitoring and providing clear summaries to relevant stakeholders
- Applying lessons learned from previous projects and participating in team discussions to help improve delivery practices
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Experience in project management roles, ideally in the non-profit sector
- Entry-level certification, e.g., PMP Foundations, Agile Foundations or similar
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a strong asset for international collaboration
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software, such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn mindset
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

- The yearly gross salary range for this position is 47,000 - 52,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
