Security Guard - SAC Facility (m/f/d)

Full-time | 48 hours per week | Siem Reap, Cambodia

Your contribution will be

  • Ensuring the security, safety, and protection of the SAC Facility premises including staff, visits, animals, assets, vehicle, equipment and infrastructure.
  • Monitoring and control the access of visitors and vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
  • Protecting organizational assets, equipment, infrastructure, and property from theft, damage, loss, or unauthorized use.
  • Conducting regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to identify and address security or safety risks.
  • Monitoring gates, entrances, perimeter fencing, and designated access points to prevent unauthorised access.
  • Registering visitors and notify relevant staff of their arrival.
  • Maintaining security logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
  • Responding appropriately to emergencies and report security incidents, accidents, and safety concerns.
  • Ensuring compliance with facility security policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Supporting the safety and wellbeing of staff, visitors, and animals within the facility.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Cambodian National.
  • Completion of secondary school education.
  • Several years of experience in security, guarding, or related role.
  • Experience working with NGOs, facilities, farms, clinics, or warehouses is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and security procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Khmer; basic English is proficiency is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Honest, reliable, disciplined, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong observation skills and ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
