The Support and Expertise Hub Team Guide leads a team to successfully support countries in the development and implentation of their fundraising strategies by setting up guidelines and strategic, operational and decision-making frameworks, designing campaign packages, coordinating hands-on support and exchanging best practices; leveraging all fundraising efforts globally.
Your contribution will be
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acting as a sparring partner for country offices, supporting the implementation of global strategies for development and fundraising in the country
- Coordinating the operational support from global teams to country offices according to their needs and available global resources
- Developing frameworks and guidelines to streamline the approach to different global channels while adapting them for local needs
- Designing campaign packages for individual giving and leadership giving in alignment with our programmatic work and market needs
- Overseeing the leadership giving & legacy areas across the organisation and supporting countries with the necessary tools and systems
- Coordinating restricted giving received by countries to support the planning, budgeting and reporting of restricted funds at global level
- Promoting leadership giving & legacy at global level and identifying opportunities for leveraging relationships across different markets
- Represent the organisation in external events relevant to Leadership Giving to raise its profile as a strong NGO partner/beneficiary
- Designing and implementing initiatives for knowledge and skills sharing to strengthen internal capacity and exchange best practices
Leadership & Autonomy:
- Strategic Impact – being responsible for implementation within their team as per agreed department objectives
- People Management Responsibilities – leave day/ overtime management, performance management, individual and team development
- DEI – promoting a culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Budgeting – managing and steering the unit’s/area’s finances
Your profile ideally illustrates:
- Educational background in Business/Communications or related fields
- Proven record of experience in a comparable position in an international environment with special focus on Leadership Giving & Legacy
- Mature understanding of the international NGO sector/NGO environment
- Strong strategic mindset and interpersonal skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission

- If employed in Austria: The yearly gross salary range for this position is 57,000 - 62,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
