Tourism Development Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

• Developing BEAR SANCTUARY Arbesbach’s communication activities in accordance with the Sanctuary Manager and in alignment with FOUR PAWS country activities 
• Optimising and maintaining the website and Social Media channels
• Creating content (text/layouts/image editing)
• Organising and maintaining all administrative tasks for tourism activities
• Collaboration and integration of opportunities for cooperation in the tourism sector
• Taking part in trainings for safety and security to ensure an active communication flow on these topics within the sanctuary team
• Being responsible for attractive and actual designs and offers
• Creating and supervising the production of marketing materials in line with the FOUR PAWS Signature
• Maintaining of various tools, such as the online ticketing system

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Relevant years of experience in customer services, tourism and/or administrative fields
• Very good German skills, good English skill as advantage
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
• Driver license B
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission

• The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 42,900 (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
