Your contribution will be

• Supporting all administrative and financial functions, ensuring cost effectiveness and timely financial reporting
• Assisting in developing and overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems for administration and financial support services
• Supporting the Sanctuary Manager by controlling and filing invoices, monthly statements, ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner, and budget planning
• Supporting with the daily running of the office by implementing efficient time management concepts
• Coordinating between the different sanctuaries sub teams as well as with externals or other FOUR PAWS departments
• Giving guided tours and providing visitors to the sanctuary knowledgeable and engaging information about the rescued bears, the work and mission of FOUR PAWS and BEAR SANCTUARY Arbesbach

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Relevant professional experience in administrative and financial tasks
• Educational background: relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in the respective field of finance and business administration, or several years of experience in that area
• German and English fluently
• Microsoft Office
• Independency in work, good prioritization and time management skills, excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
• Driver license B

• The yearly gross salary range for this position is 41,000 EUR - 45,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
