Your contribution will be

  • Planning, organising, and preparing work meetings related to the Foundation's activities both locally and internationally
  • Organisation of the overall annual process of planning activities, according to the Foundation's strategy
  • Summarising information on the work and annual plans of all departments by period
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for the Bulgarian office and for the foundation's headquarters and the Board of Directors in Vienna
  • Taking notes during the meetings, as well as preparing protocols
  • Preparing responses to letters and emails
  • Leading official correspondence with various institutions regarding the work of the FOUR PAWS Foundation at the local level
  • Planning and organising business trips
  • Maintaining and administering contact lists
  • If necessary, assistance according to the needs of the departments
  • Performing other functions and tasks assigned by the Country Director


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Bachelor of Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, etc.
  • Native Bulgarian language
  • High level of English – written and spoken
  • Relevant years of professional experience
  • Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Excellent teamwork and organisational skills
  • Ability to organise and summarise information
  • Analytical thinking and adaptability
  • Good judgment for prioritising any kind of tasks
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
