Communication Team Manager (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

  • Liaising with press and media to help gain exposure for BEAR SANCTUARY Ninh Binh on local, national, and international channels
  • Working in close cooperation with Online Marketing Coordinator in creating social media and website content that is emotional and engaging for existing followers and attracts new followers and potential donors
  • Overseeing the creation of communications materials to ensure that it is consistent with the organisation's brand and organisational signature
  • Determining strategic communications campaigns that will help further the sanctuary’s organisational goals
  • Defining key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate the level of success


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Holding a relevant bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or event management
  • Excellent communication skills and coordinating skills
  • Graphic design and visual communication skills are highly appreciated
  • Experience in public relations, communications, and event management is an advantage
  • Experience in animal welfare work and wildlife conservation is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken English and Vietnamese skills
  • High level of responsibility and personal drive
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
