Communications Officer (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

  • Developing the website including updates for the French website
  • Taking care of the community management support for the French social media channels
  • Being responsible for different translation and proofreading tasks
  • Undertaking research relevant for communication purposes in France 
  • Ensuring a watch on AW news relevant for QUATRE PATTES’s communication
  • Preparing the annual agenda on internal communication activities and relevant national events
  • Supporting the drafting of a communications strategy for the French market
  • Supporting the team in all administrative matters


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Working experience in the field of communications and/or relevant education 
  • Proficient in French (speaking, reading and writing) and advanced level in English
  • Experience in creating content for websites and/or working with CRM tools
  • Good knowledge of non-profit/animal welfare sector in France
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work based on business requirements
  • Well-structured and organised with the ability to work in a team
  • Solution and goal-oriented, and open-minded personality
  • Willingness to travel
