Your contribution will be

  • Supporting the Head of SEA Companion Animals (CA) Campaigns in the development and implementation of public mobilization and political engagement campaigns and others in Cambodia, closely aligned with other campaigns as needed for FOUR PAWS in the region. Specific Focus of campaign works are to end the dog and cat meat trade in the region, including but not restricted to Cambodia
  • Supporting project management and coordination of activities to achieve the campaign outcomes working as part of an international team
  • Carrying out day-to-day administration of campaigns, including campaign reporting, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, document management and other campaigns associated tasks
  • In conjunction with the Head of SEA Companion Animals (CA) Campaigns, implementing other CA campaigns in the region including assistance with mobilization, advocacy and networking as aligned with and determined by immediate line management
  • Briefing, monitoring and controlling work with local media agencies to ensure that the communication/mobilization strategies are in place to support the campaign objectives including design and delivery of campaign assets (online/offline) and social media posting and management
  • Closely working with the wider Southeast Asia DCMT Team on developing of DCMT reporting tool, reviewing and following up reports, analysing reports and creating output reports for uses in campaigns, political engagement and fundraising

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of experience in similar function in an INGO or relevant institution
  • Basic to moderate understanding of government structures and decision-making in Cambodia
  • Competence in using information technology, Microsoft office, processing and power point software
  • Good task prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills; team player with the ability to work in a diverse and cross-cultural team environment
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
