Your contribution will be

  • Participating in the establishment of the new Compensation and Benefits (C&B) framework
  • Contributing to FOUR PAWS on a global scale to benefits and reward strategies by supporting the development and implementation of new projects, processes and tools
  • Alerting on possible C&B policy and process issues and escalating them appropriately
  • Preparing for research and negotiations of new C&B contracts with vendors and monitoring delivery scopes
  • Creating and maintaining the C&B knowledge database by collecting, analyzing, checking and preparing data
  • Being responsible for coordinating market developments, best practices, innovative opportunities in C&B
  • Supporting the knowledge exchange within the community of HR practice by contributing to the global HR expertise, its communication concept and tools

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of experience in an HR role, ideally in the area of compensation and benefits/rewarding
  • Preferably Bachelor degree in relevant field, including courses in HR management
  • Excellent English skills
  • Professional experience working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ideally also HR systems (HRIS)
  • People-oriented with exceptional communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to connect effectively with others all over the world
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
