 Your contribution will be

• Creating, writing and editing compelling content for various platforms, including our donor magazine, our website and (digital) newsletters, fact sheets, flyers, leaflets and brochure, as well as occasional letters to stakeholders (e.g. ministers, company managers etc.)
• Translating storylines into various communication tools, with a keen eye for the different target groups
• Actively searching for intriguing and current topics and stories within and outside our organisation so that we connect with the communicative expressions of our international organisation and current affairs
• Creating visually appealing content, including selecting photos and working with our own Audio Visual Productions unit or an external agency to produce compelling videos (this can include promotional videos for new colleagues or an end-of-year video that summarises our milestones of the past year etc.)
• Converting international content into fluent Dutch and/or appropriate for the target group
• Playing an active role in the development and implementation of the content strategy

Your profile ideally illustrates

• A completed HBO/WO eduction in communication, journalism or marketing (or similar)
• Few years of experience in a similar position
• A fluent pen and good command of Dutch and English
• Knowledge of SEO
• Competence with computer systems and social media
• Creativity and a keen sense of what people find interesting
• Familiarity of working with tight deadlines
• Experience in taking photos and videos is a plus
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

• A limited contract for 1 year, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement
• A salary based on the guidelines of our internal compensation scheme and the guidelines of Goede Doelen Nederland
