
Data and Supporter Services Lead (m/f/d) (Job Share)

Your contribution will be
- Leading data operations, insights and supporter services that power supporter engagement
- Managing CRM and data processes, turning data into decisions that strengthen fundraising and deepen supporter relationships
- Ensuring data integrity, compliance, and actionable insights while leading a team that delivers exceptional supporter care
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to drive data-led decisions
- Researching and advancing projects to improve systems and processes
- Overseeing compliance, privacy and leadership matters to maintain data integrity and standards
- Sharing accountability in a collaborative job share arrangement
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Previous experience in similar or equivalent role essential
- Demonstrated experience managing and overseeing CRM & Data Operations in a not-for-profit environment
- · Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (including PCI-DSS)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in data analysis and insights for driving strategic decision-making
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement with data-led approach to solution implementation
- · Demonstrated ability to oversee and integrate organisational systems, identifying gaps, and researching best-fit solutions
- Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Apsona, Form Assembly, Experience Cloud, SQL and coding highly regarded but not required
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ vision and mission
