Your contribution will be

  • Developing content for all the digital channels for LIONSROCK Big Cat Sanctuary
  • Creating like and follow campaigns to grow social media channels
  • Managing online communities to increase engagement on all channels
  • Creating channel specific content for local and International
  • Writing website content and updating the LIONSROCK website on a regular basis
  • Evaluating the websites through Google Analytics to increase website traffic and engagement
  • Supporting special events and activities designed to attract more visitors and bookings of guided tours
  • Monitoring online platforms for industry trends


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Proven experience working in a digital communications role within a similar organisation
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong proficiency in social media tools (including Facebook, Instagram,, Canva, etc.)
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, website, and communications software
  • Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as working autonomously
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of creativity and openness to new ideas
  • Awareness of, and an interest in, animal welfare and the charity sector
