Your contribution will be

  • Planning, developing and distributing on-brand, timely, relevant and engaging content to FOUR PAWS audiences across owned social media channels
  • Working closely with different enabling units to co-create digital content; liaising closely with other colleagues across the organisation to plan and develop content
  • Implementing community management across FOUR PAWS social media channels to build a vibrant online community
  • Representing the unit in projects and campaigns planning groups, offering data-driven insights, analysis and advice; guiding and supporting country comms colleagues as needed
  • Keeping abreast of digital trends, sharing observations and ideas; monitoring metrics and KPIs to inform analysis and decision-making
  • Monitoring and engaging with influencers and other external stakeholders on digital platforms if needed
  • Carrying out routine administrative tasks such as invoicing, compiling reports, supporting the translation of content, etc.

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Clear evidence of considerable experience within a communications role
  • Extensive experience in creating digital content and external communications assets, and with digital analytics
  • Excellent writing, editing and copywriting skills and experience of working within a busy team supporting in the delivery of successful communications activities
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent linguistic and stylistic skills in spoken and written in English
  • Proficiency in proofreading and editing
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
