Digital Fundraiser (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

  • Developing, monitoring, and optimising online fundraising campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, and activating donors and leads
  • Managing and optimising online advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Initiating, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve campaigns
  • Monitoring KPIs and taking responsibility for achieving campaign objectives.
  • Collaborating with external agencies, reporting campaign results, and providing targeted optimisation suggestions
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the digital fundraising strategy.
  • Maintaining the Marketing Cloud and managing email marketing, marketing automation, and tasks in Salesforce
  • Monitoring and managing the online fundraising budget
  • Developing digital fundraising campaigns in visuals, copy, and technology, focused on effective acquisition of new donors and strengthening engagement

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • You are proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written. Our internal communication is largely in English
  • You have extensive experience in setting up, managing, and optimising digital campaigns
  • You have a passion for creating fundraising content, such as email campaigns and online advertisements
  • You have in-depth knowledge of reporting tools and know how to effectively evaluate ROI
  • You love working with data and know how to translate it into clear insights and concrete optimisations
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

  • Flexibility to work partly from home, with a hybrid work policy of 50/50 and the option to work remotely for up to eight weeks per year
  • A one-year contract with the intention to extend upon mutual satisfaction
  • The salary is in accordance with the guidelines of Goede Doelen Nederland and our internal compensation policy, starting at €47,600 on a full-time annual basis
  • 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days (based on a 40-hour work week), and a solid pension plan
