Your contribution will be 

  • Being responsible for developing and implementing the FOUR PAWS communication strategy
  • Developing and optimising the global media work of FOUR PAWS to achieve the highest possible impact for animal welfare with a focus on campaigning
  • Leading, directing, and managing the international communications team
  • Advising the Board, Directors, and other relevant internal partners on the strategic programme development
  • Cultivating co-operations and networks
  • Being responsible for market observance and innovation scouting
  • Optimising integrated working between internal departments on an international level
  • Overseeing and guiding the development of an integrated effective workflow within the department and the CMO Area as well as campaigns and projects


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Demonstrated experience as (Managing) Director or other managerial position in the communication sector
  • Demonstrated experience on an international level
  • Relevant professional education as well as qualification in communications
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent English (oral and written)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision making skills as well as intercultural competences
  • Strategic mind-set as well as high quality orientation
