Fundraising Market Support Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

  • Acting as the main point of contact and as a sparring partner for the fundraising teams in the markets.
  • Advising fundraising teams in the markets on their implementation plans based on their fundraising performance and in alignment with the global fundraising key priorities to improve income development.
  • Coordinating daily business operations, stakeholder management and hands-on support provided by international fundraising teams.
  • Providing advice on the implementation of Service Level Agreements with the fundraising markets.
  • Leading fundraising projects within and across departments.
  • Driving exchange and capacity building by designing and providing learning opportunities and promoting best practice sharing among markets in global fundraising key priorities areas.

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years’ experience in fundraising, from strategy development to implementation
  • Work experience in multinational organisations, preferably in the international offices
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills with adaptability to cultural differences
  • Excellent English skills. German and any other language is an asset
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

  • The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 46,500 - EUR 51,000 (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
