Your contribution will be

• Leading and managing the fundraising team of FOUR PAWS Austria
• Further developing and implementing the national fundraising strategy
• Planning, budgeting, implementing, and reporting all fundraising activities and processes
• Active internal coordination of fundraising activities and with external partners
• Developing the Austrian fundraising portfolio including active research, analyses, and testing of (existing and new) fundraising tools and channels; implementing brand guidelines
• Representing FOUR PAWS Austria in national and international fundraising initiatives and alliances

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of expertise in various fundraising channels, experience in planning fundraising strategies
• Experience in leading, managing, coordinating, and motivating (bigger) teams
• Knowhow in planning, budgeting, controlling, and reporting all fundraising channels
• Networker with an overview of fundraising Markets (Austrian Market preferred)
• Fluent in German and English
• Technical experience with Office 365, and virtual communication tools, e.g. MS Teams
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

• The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 68,000 - EUR 75,000 (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
