 Your contribution will be

• Guiding international position holders on topics related to talent, leadership and change
• Acting as a sparring partner and advisor by ensuring transparent and sustainable solutions within FOUR PAWS organisational strategy
• Analysing and driving FOUR PAWS values, competencies and leadership behaviours
• Supporting the life cycle of international position holders and helping to strengthen international teams through times of growth and change
• Helping to create a work environment that encourages employee’ engagement, retention and that inspires performance excellence
• Diagnosing opportunities and needs to optimise the performance of assigned functions across multiple geographies and by working with the line managers and colleagues to design and implement initiatives for developments
• Facilitating individual Talent Management programmes and practices, supporting a strong talent pipeline and intensively collaborating with the HR Centers of Expertise Talent Management

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as a global Business Partner in a multinational environment
• Strong coordination and self-management skills and the ability to communicate within a diverse environment
• Strong understanding of and adherence to Austrian or German labor law regulations
• Proven ability to provide expert advisory services on HR matters
• Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
• Ability to proactively identify challenges and offer strategic, innovative solutions
• Excellent English skills, German as an advantage
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

• If employed in Austria: The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 53,000 - 58,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
