Implementation Specialist - Monitoring and Evaluation (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

  • Preparing for audits by scheduling meetings, collecting documents, and setting up audit files
  • Monitoring processes before and during audits as well as during implementation of post-audit and issue remediation plans to ensure follow-up and compliance
  • Supporting audit reviews by gathering data from dashboards and tracking action points
  • Ensuring dashboards are properly maintained and kept updated to reflect ongoing implementation progress and audit outcomes
  • Providing guidance on compliance steps and guiding teams to follow internal rules

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preparation, compliance coordination, or process implementation
  • Proven ability to support internal audits, manage follow-up actions, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of guiding teams and sharing compliance knowledge
  • Experience maintaining and updating dashboards or using tools to track audit implementation and progress
  • Excellent English (written and spoken) - other languages are a plus
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission
