Your contribution will be

• Inspiring, coordinating, and motivating the fundraising team (4 people) and enjoy working hands-on as well
• Coordinating and (overseeing the) implementation of plans and campaigns aimed at recruiting donors and growing our fundraising income
• Monitoring and discussing budgets, reports and analyses
• Creating tight schedules and can manage multiple activities at the same time 

Your profile ideally illustrates

• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• You have at least a higher professional education level (HBO) or equivalent
• You have a proven track record of 3-5 years in developing and implementing fundraising strategies
• You are analytical and make decisions based on data, figures, and KPIs
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud is an advantage
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
