Your contribution will be

• Further developing the legacies and bequests fundraising plan as well as the implementation of suitable marketing measures and campaigns
• Continuously developing legacies and bequests related relationships with donors through personal visits and consultations
• Researching, identifying, and evaluating potential bequest donors
• Presenting projects worthy of support that correspond to the motives and wishes of potential bequest donors
• Planning and implementing events regarding legacy and bequest
• Representing FOUR PAWS at networking and professional events
• Evaluating and strengthening external partnerships
• Further development of legacy information materials, in print and online
• Administrating and reporting related to legacy fundraising
• Actively coordinating and collaborating with other departments of FOUR PAWS Switzerland and FOUR PAWS International

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Completed education in business field with further education in the areas of fundraising, marketing or sales
• Relevant years of professional experience in fundraising (ideally Major Giving/Legacy Fundraising), key account management or other comparable experience
• Proven experience in developing new contacts and skills to build the associated relationship management
• Strong analytical skills and an independent, and goal-oriented way of working
• Enthusiastic and warm personality with a high level of empathy, including demonstrated ability to convey content in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
• You enjoy working as part of a team
• Excellent German written and oral communication skills, good French and English are an advantage
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
