Your contribution will be

• Creating and implementing a strategic targeted programme of Mid Value, Major Donors, HNWI’s, Corporates, Trusts and Foundations fundraising
• Developing and implementing tailored funding applications, with responsibility for ensuring compliance in any agreements
• Nurturing individual and corporate relationships with a view to securing fundraising opportunities in excess of £5k
• Creating opportunities to meet and develop existing relationships with supporters
• Ensuring all administrative plans for the Major Donor programme
• Building new relationships and helping promote the FOUR PAWS UK brand
• Producing regular reports and updates to the Head of Fundraising
• Working proactively with FOUR PAWS UK, members of Senior Leadership Team and International HQ

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Extensive experience of managing major donor programmes and an understanding of fundraising and marketing within animal welfare and international organisations
• A confident fundraiser with broad experience on fundraising principles, major donor programmes and corporate giving
• A keen networker with a proven track record of delivering against fundraising targets
• Substantial experience in developing corporate relationships
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills including presenting, negotiating and influencing
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office tools and working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Raisers Edge
• Willingness to travel to meetings with donors nationally and internationally where called on
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
