Operations Senior Specialist - Issue and Crisis Management (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

  • Developing, implementing, and regularly updating the organisation’s issue and crisis management framework to enhance organisational resilience
  • Monitoring internal and external environments to identify potential compliance risks and emerging issues that may impact the organisation’s operations or reputation
  • Serving as a case manager for reports received via the organisation’s compliance and integrity line, ensuring intake, initial assessment, documentation, and appropriate follow-up actions in line with internal policies
  • Conducting analyses related to issues and crises and formulating effective mitigation and response strategies
  • Advising relevant senior leadership and teams during high-risk situations, facilitating reponse coordination and ensuring appropriate decision-making
  • Designing and delivering training to relevant colleagues across the organisation on issue escalation procedures, crisis compliance, emergency response, and regulatory reporting obligations

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in crisis and issue management, risk or compliance functions, emergency and incident response, or related field
  • Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent preferred) in internal relations, public administration, risk management, or related field
  • Fluent English (C2 level or equivalent); fluent German is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in drafting crisis protocols and compliance documentation
  • Strong skills in reporting, and risk monitoring
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical reasoning ability
