Your contribution will be

• Supporting the implementation of our global structure project, taking over responsibilities regarding organisational design and change management
• Being a focal point on change management in:
  • Assessing the scope of change for strategic actions as part of the strategic planning cycle
  • Coordinating major change projects
  • Being a sparring partner for project managers in the context of change management
  • Regularly updating the change management handbook

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of experience in change management and in the context of large international organisations
• Strong educational background in organisational development, change management or organisational consulting is highly preferable
• High intercultural competence
• Facilitation and strong communication skills
• Solid foundations and curiosity about current approaches in organisational development
• Implementation-orientated mindset
• Excellent English communication skills
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

• The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 53,000 - EUR 58,000 (full-time base (40 hours per week), consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
