Your contribution will be
- Supporting and driving the implementation of a new organisational structure and collaboration model:
- Supporting teams during implementation, facilitating and training project-based working including agile tools and methods
- Fostering collaboration between teams, leaders, HR, and management
- Acting as a key resource for change management, providing updates, guidance to leaders and project managers, and ensuring capacity building in change management
- Managing internal change/transformation projects, conducting assessments, designing and implementing project plans, and monitoring progress, making adjustments to ensure success
- Facilitating workshops
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Several years of experience in change management and in the context of large international organisations
- Strong educational background in organisational development, change management or organisational consulting is highly preferable
- High intercultural competence
- Facilitation and strong communication skills
- Solid foundations and curiosity about current approaches in organisational development
- Implementation-orientated mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

- Maternity leave cover, contract limited to 1 year with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement.
- The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 53,000 - EUR 58,000 (full-time base (40 hours per week), consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
