Your contribution will be
- Supporting the Quality Management team implement an impact & results-oriented performance management framework
- Leading multiple Process Improvement Projects across the organisation, implementing all steps of the methodology (scope, design, documentation, measurement and evaluation)
- Preparing, organising, participating and/or conducting projects meetings and results-oriented meetings
- Defining metrics and performance indicators for the processes and projects, aligning those with FOUR PAWS' strategic goals and objectives
- Analysing data and working with databases to create reports
- Measuring performance indicators and developing dashboards to monitor and manage results and impact
- Developing and designing standard and official documents
- Following and implementing FOUR PAWS management standards, methodologies, and guidelines within the organisation
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Relevant years of applicable experience in evaluating, designing and improving processes and managing projects
- Experience with data modelling and analysis and with defining, monitoring and analysing performance indicators and goals
- Knowledge in Project Management, Process Management and Measurement & Evaluation
- Advanced Excel and reports/dashboards development skills (Power BI skills are desirable)
- Presentation skills
- Implementation-driven mindset and solution-oriented team player with the ability to work with international colleagues and to adapt to various situations
- Logic thinking
- Fluent in English as well as excellent communication skills
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

- A minimum gross salary of EUR 38,000 per year (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments), negotiable depending on higher than required qualifications, skills and professional experience relevant for the position
