Reservations Coordinator (m/f/d) 

Full-time | 45 hours per week | LIONSROCK, Bethlehem, South Africa

Your contribution will be

  • Understanding in-depth the tourism marketing industry and adaptability to changing conditions, such as increased local competition or decreasing industry rates, or changing trends
  • Dealing directly with local and international travel and tourism partners, OTA’s, and direct inquiries and growing a contact network in line with our niche target audience
  • Responding to inquiries in a timely manner, providing customers with accurate confirmations and additional information on the same day as their booking is processed
  • Troubleshooting with clients and agents regarding booking issues
  • Taking care of seasonal promotions and adjusting packages as and when required with forecast targets in mind
  • Doing all reservation administration, like daily check-in-out reports and monthly reports
  • Administrating the guest billing from inquiry to check out (confirming that all relevant add-ons or adjustments are billed correctly)


Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Proven professional experience in relevant or similar fields 
  • Good command of written and verbal communications in English 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Proficiency with OTA Platforms, and booking systems 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team as well as work autonomously 
  • Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
