Your contribution will be
- Developing the organisational Safety & Security Policy and leading and coordinating the implementation of it in the different locations
- Leading the development and review of safety & security plans and procedures regarding the FOUR PAWS sanctuaries, offices, and rescue missions
- Providing and coordinating safety & security trainings for the staff
- Contributing to risk management processes about safety & security related topics by identifying and assessing risks, setting up and monitoring risk mitigation measures
- Developing and implementing a concept for a FOUR PAWS travel safety program
- Operating the business trip preparation procedures with special focus on high-risk destinations
- Maintaining close contacts with all relevant internal and external stakeholders and build relationships with key actors in safety & security management
- Contributing to setting up safety & security data collection, analysis and reporting including recommendations based on lessons learned
- Managing insurance relations and policies contracted by the FOUR PAWS Headquarters
- Planning, monitoring and optimising operational processes and workflows at FOUR PAWS
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
- University degree, preferably in economics, business administration, international relations or related fields is an advantage
- Demonstrable expertise in safety and security and travel management structures
- Communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and German
- Analytical thinking with problem solving ability
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
