Your contribution will be

• Dealing with FOUR PAWS safety and security topics
• Developing internal safety and security processes
• Planning safety and security prevention activities
• Developing and implementing travel management within the organisation
• Ensuring compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
• Conducting internal trainings on safety, security and travel management
• Planning, monitoring and optimising operational processes and workflows at FOUR PAWS

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
• University degree, preferably in economics, business administration, or related fields is an advantage
• Professional knowledge of safety and security
• Communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to distil complex concepts and recommendations in a simple manner
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving ability
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
