
Strategy Specialist (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be
- Operating the strategic planning cycle by coordinating timelines, consolidating stakeholder input, and aligning with budgeting processes to ensure effective resource planning
- Assisting in the development and refinement of FOUR PAWS' global strategy by providing financial analysis and ensuring alignment with long-term organisational goals
- Conducting financial and operational analysis to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives, using performance metrics and data-driven insights
- Supporting the assessment of expansion opportunities and associated risks, with a focus on financial viability and sustainability
- Preparing and analysing financial and operational reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic and operational decisions
- Assisting in the organisation and documentation of workshops, meetings, and governance processes to support stakeholder alignment and decision-making
- Using advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables, VBA/macros) to analyse data, monitor key performance indicators, and provide reports
- Supporting and managing other organisational and functional projects and tasks as needed
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Experience in financial analysis, strategic planning support, risk assessment, or business operations, ideally with several years in a similar analytical or coordination role
- Educational background in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and detail-oriented mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ideally experience with Power BI for reporting and performance monitoring
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support stakeholder engagement and facilitate alignment across teams
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission

- The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 47,500 EUR - EUR 52,000 (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
