Your contribution will be
- Leading, empowering and strengthen the Front and Back Office team, ensuring high performance and service quality, including donor support and handle requests from supporters
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of daily administrative and operational processes
- Being responsible for a well-organized office operation and administrative day-to-day business at the headquarters office
- Serving as a key interface between departments, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration
- Leading contract-related processes and negotiations with confidence and professionalism
- Being responsible for budget planning, cost control, and invoice approval
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Experience in team leadership, with a strong background in office administration and organisation
- Completed commercial education, including proficient use of MS Office
- Very good communication skills in German (C2) and English (B2) (written and spoken)
- Team player with high social skills, reliability and a solution-oriented approach
- Pro-active and self-organising person with hands-on mentality and positive mindset
- Driving license B and willingness to drive
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

- The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 54,000 - 59,000 (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
