Catch, Neuter, Vaccinate & Return (CNVR) Online Course

For stray animal care professionals

20.5.2025

The FOUR PAWS Stray Animal Care programme addresses the suffering of stray animals through humanely managing the population with targeted neutering projects whilst also aiming to change attitudes towards dogs and cats through community outreach programmes, shelter adoption schemes and educational outreach.

The content in the Catch, Neuter, Vaccinate & Return (CNVR) Online Course and the FOUR PAWS Stray Animal Care Manual is meant to serve as general guidance on how to provide the best possible care for stray animals. This includes all aspects, from clinic management (including mobile clinics), neutering, and strategic population management, to community work, shelter management, the return or adoption of animals, and humane euthanasia.

Companion Animals e-Learning Hub

With the goal of reaching a wider audience of professionals who directly influence the lives of dogs and cats worldwide, FOUR PAWS decided to launch the Companion Animals e-Learning Hub – a comprehensive learning platform for companion animal professionals and workers. The Companion Animals e-Learning Hub aims to maintain a global reach by offering content in multiple languages, focusing on our expertise, and using this platform to connect with new stakeholders while scaling up efforts toward national change.

The Shelter Adoption Academy, the newly developed CNVR Online Course, the Community Cat Care Online Course, and various webinars will be featured under the Companion Animals e-Learning Hub.
